Terms of Service

The rules and conditions for using Wooly Club.

Welcome to Wooly Club.

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Wooly Club. By creating an account, accessing the platform, posting content, purchasing a membership, using the marketplace, or interacting with other members, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use Wooly Club.


1. Eligibility

Wooly Club is for adults only.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country if higher, to use Wooly Club.

By using Wooly Club, you confirm that:

  • you are legally allowed to use the platform
  • you are not prohibited from using the platform under applicable law
  • the information you provide is accurate
  • you will follow these Terms and the Community Guidelines

We may suspend or delete accounts if we believe a user is underage, dishonest about their age, or creates legal, privacy, or safety risk for the community.


2. Private Membership

Wooly Club is a private members-only community.

Access to certain features may require a paid membership. Membership gives access to the platform but does not guarantee availability of specific content, users, rooms, marketplace listings, events, or features.

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Memberships are for personal use only. You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account.


3. Community Purpose

Wooly Club is built around wool-related interests, including wool, mohair, angora, knitwear, texture, outfits, stories, photos, videos, marketplace items, rooms, events, and related discussions.

Members of any background are welcome, but content and behavior must stay aligned with the wool-focused purpose of the community.

Wooly Club is not a general social network, dating platform, advertising platform, or place for unrelated content.


4. User Content

You are responsible for anything you post, upload, message, list, share, or send through Wooly Club.

By posting content, you confirm that:

  • you are responsible for the content you upload, post, message, list, or share
  • you believe the content is appropriate for Wooly Club and aligned with the wool-focused purpose of the community
  • the content does not intentionally violate someone else's privacy, consent, copyright, publicity rights, or legal rights
  • the content does not violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines
  • the content is not illegal, harmful, stolen, leaked, hidden-camera, or non-consensual material

You keep ownership of your own content, but you give Wooly Club a limited license to host, display, store, process, moderate, and distribute your content within the platform as needed to operate the service.

Wooly Club may remove, restrict, or moderate content if it creates ownership, consent, copyright, privacy, safety, legal, payment, hosting, or community risk.


5. Archive, Inspiration, and Reposted Content

Wooly Club is a community built around wool-related appreciation, history, texture, outfits, photography, stories, and shared interest.

Upload responsibly. Archive and inspiration content is welcome when shared in good faith, but content may be removed if ownership, consent, copyright, privacy, or safety concerns are reported.

Members may share wool-related archive, vintage, inspiration, or reference content in good faith when they believe it is publicly available, relevant to the community, and appropriate to share.

Publicly available content may still be protected by copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Members are responsible for what they upload and should add credit or source information when known.

Wooly Club does not pre-approve every upload. If a creator, subject, rights holder, or authorized representative raises a valid concern, we may remove or restrict access to the content.

Do not upload, post, or share:

  • private or leaked images
  • hidden-camera content
  • content from private groups, paid communities, or restricted areas
  • content marked "do not repost"
  • content with watermarks removed
  • content involving minors or anyone who appears underage
  • content shared to harass, expose, shame, or identify someone
  • content that creates legal, safety, privacy, payment, or hosting risk for Wooly Club

If you are the owner, creator, subject, rights holder, or authorized representative of content posted on Wooly Club and want it removed, contact: support@wooly.club

Please include enough information for us to identify and review the content.

Members who repeatedly upload content that creates copyright, privacy, consent, or safety issues may have their content removed, posting ability restricted, or account suspended or banned.


6. Prohibited Content and Behavior

You may not post, upload, message, link to, sell, promote, or share content that includes:

  • illegal content
  • content involving minors
  • stolen or leaked content
  • hidden-camera content
  • content shared without permission
  • harassment, threats, blackmail, coercion, or abuse
  • hate speech or targeted attacks
  • violence or exploitation
  • scams, phishing, malware, or fraud
  • spam or unrelated promotion
  • content that is not aligned with the wool-focused purpose of the community
  • content that creates legal, privacy, safety, payment, or hosting risk for the platform

Wooly Club may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or ban users if content is unsafe, illegal, off-topic, harmful, or creates risk for the platform.


7. Privacy and Member Protection

Privacy is central to Wooly Club.

You may not:

  • repost another member's content outside Wooly Club without permission
  • download, copy, screenshot, sell, or redistribute member content without permission
  • expose another member's identity, real name, location, workplace, social media, contact details, or private messages
  • harass, threaten, blackmail, pressure, or manipulate another member
  • share private messages or private content without consent

Violating member privacy may result in permanent account removal.


8. External Links

External links are allowed only when they are legal, safe, relevant, and wool-focused.

Allowed links may include wool shops, textile resources, inspiration pages, marketplace references, or safe community-relevant resources.

Not allowed:

  • scam links
  • malware or phishing links
  • stolen or leaked content
  • content shared without consent
  • links involving minors or illegal material
  • unrelated promotional links
  • links that create safety, privacy, legal, or moderation risk

We may remove links without warning.


9. Marketplace

Wooly Club may allow members to list wool-related items.

Marketplace listings must be legal, honest, accurate, and wool-focused.

Allowed marketplace items may include wool, mohair, angora, knitwear, outfits, balaclavas, scarves, blankets, catsuits, accessories, and related items.

Not allowed:

  • illegal items
  • stolen goods
  • counterfeit goods
  • misleading listings
  • scam listings
  • non-wool-related listings
  • services or offers that violate these Terms

Unless clearly stated otherwise, Wooly Club is not the seller, buyer, broker, payment processor, shipping provider, or dispute handler for member-to-member marketplace activity.

Members are responsible for their own transactions, communication, shipping, and risk.


10. Reporting and Moderation

Users may report content, accounts, messages, listings, or behavior that violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, or the law.

We may review reports and take action including:

  • removing content
  • hiding content
  • warning users
  • restricting accounts
  • suspending accounts
  • permanently banning accounts
  • disabling marketplace access
  • preserving information where legally required
  • cooperating with lawful requests where required

We are not obligated to host any content or account.


11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • you violate these Terms
  • you violate the Community Guidelines
  • you create safety, legal, privacy, payment, or hosting risk
  • you harass or threaten members
  • you upload illegal or non-consensual content
  • you attempt to evade moderation
  • you misuse the platform
  • you repeatedly upload content that creates copyright, privacy, consent, or safety issues

Serious violations may lead to immediate removal without warning.


12. Payments and Refunds

Wooly Club may offer paid memberships.

At this time, membership payments are accepted through cryptocurrency only. Wooly Club does not process or store credit card information.

Membership access starts when payment has been received and confirmed.

Unless stated otherwise at purchase:

  • membership payments are for access to the platform
  • payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted
  • blockchain transaction fees are not refundable
  • incorrect payments, underpayments, overpayments, or payments sent to the wrong address may not be recoverable
  • payment confirmation times may vary depending on the blockchain network

We may change membership options, prices, accepted payment methods, or payment instructions at any time.


13. No Guarantee of Availability

Wooly Club is provided as-is and as-available.

We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every device.

We may update, maintain, restrict, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform.


14. No Responsibility for User Behavior

Wooly Club is not responsible for the actions, content, messages, listings, or behavior of individual members.

You are responsible for your interactions with other users.

Use caution when communicating, sharing content, buying, selling, or meeting anyone.


15. Intellectual Property

The Wooly Club name, logo, branding, design, interface, text, icons, and platform materials belong to Wooly Club or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, resell, imitate, or misuse Wooly Club branding or platform materials without permission.


16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are significant, we may notify users through the platform or by email.

Continued use of Wooly Club after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
